Frequently asked questions
Does the guest have to install an app?
No. The menu opens in the phone's browser, like any web page. It works on Android and iPhone with nothing to download.
How long does setup take?
Your part is a few minutes: send us your existing menu and confirm the entry. We enter the items and prepare the codes the same day.
Can I manage the menu myself?
Yes. From a phone or computer you can change prices, availability, photos and appearance, and guests see every update immediately.
What happens to an order if our internet drops?
The menu is lightweight and works on weaker connections. If sending fails, the guest sees a clear message and retrying the same attempt does not create a duplicate order.
Do we need new QR codes when the menu changes?
No. The code on the table stays the same because it points at the table, not at the menu. Change a price or the whole summer card in a few taps and guests see the new version immediately.
Do we need special hardware for the staff?
No. The shift screen opens on a phone or tablet you already have. Every waiter has their own sign-in, and the owner can switch it off whenever they need to.
What about guests who do not speak the language?
The menu is always in Bosnian and English. The AI Menu plan adds German, French, Italian, Turkish, Spanish and Arabic, translated from your own menu rather than retyped by somebody.
Is there a contract?
No. You pay monthly and only for the tables that are active, with no commission per order. You can stop at the end of any month.
